SessionPrep provides session logging and planning tools designed for independent tutors. The platform stores session notes, generates next-session plans, and organizes student data.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You must comply with applicable privacy and child data laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. Data & Student Information

You retain ownership of all student information entered into the platform. SessionPrep acts solely as a software provider and does not assume responsibility for the legality or accuracy of stored educational records.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

SessionPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
